Preparation to execute my project
Preparation(The 1st Meeting) - 26/02/2020

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all of my readers!
This post is about how we prepare for our project for the Social Engagement subject.Our first meeting occured in the second week of our first semester.The meeting started at 4 pm and ended at 6pm.
So the venue is at DK2,FCSIT.My lecturer which is responsible for managing the project of Software Engineering students, cannot come due to some circumstances.Because of that,we combine with Multimedia students in the same the lecture hall.Then,the lecturer who is in charge of Multimedia students,give a briefing to all of us about the Social Engagement subject and what we should do for the next upcoming week until the execution of the final project.
Furthermore,the lecturer give us guide how to pass the subject well.In order for us to achieve good grade for this subject.Our project must meet the criteria of the subject which I have mention in the introduction post.After the briefing is done,the lecturer let us to discuss and brainstorming for our project.
The first half of our discussion did not went very well.This is because many of us does not have to mood yet to change to learning mode after a very long semester break.So,most of us just talking,chatting and laughing with each other.But there some good student too that are doing their tutorial homework of the other subjects.Aside from that,there are actually students who really discussing about our project preparation.
After a while,He Lin stand up and decided to choose the committee for our project.Of course without a committee,a project cannot be handled successfully.So we vote some candidates to choose for the High Council in the committee.For instance,those positions were Director,Vice President,Treasurer and Vice Treasurer, and Secretary and Vice Secretary.Long story short,Kisyok was chosen to be the project director.
Moreover,after we had done with the Higher Committee selection,we discuss about what project we will carry out.Whether we are going to execute the project at school,or the orphanage,or maybe old folks home.After we discuss and do some voting about which project we going to choose,we still cannot finalise the decision of what project we will organised.
The clock has shown us the sixth hour in the evening.So we headed ourselves to our college and continue the discussion in the week three.
We continue the 2nd meeting next week which I will talk about in the next post.So stay tune okayy.
Preparation(2nd Meeting) - 04/03/2020

In this second meeting, we discuss again the potential project from the last meeting that we might can do. After a several minutes of listing and choosing, with the aid of Dr Nazean,our lecturer for Software Engineering students,which Kisyok contact through the phone, we finally come up with the decision to go to SK Bangsar which our seniors already went for their past project. But it is a different one kind of projects from our seniors project. We decided to teach the students subjects related to programming and computer as we are from Software Engineering background.
Moreover, we also divided ourselves into several specific bureau to ease the management of the project.The divided bureaus are media and technical,programs and protocols, funds and foods, logistics and external affairs. So there is total of five bureaus. So, Munir as the secretary of this projects, send a google sheet form to our Software Engineering group to smoothen the bureau dividing process.
For the funds bureau,there are very small amount of people who are interested to take the jobs haha. So we combine the funds bureau with the foods bureau. So we called them as the funds and foods bureau.
As for me, I have choose the programs and protocols bureau as I have already had experiences with other projects in the P&P bureau. So my bureau has a total of 14 members in it. Then, we choose our leader for our bureau. After voting, we agreed to choose Batran who is an international student as our leader. So after we have a quick ice breaking session,we made a WhatsApp group for programs and protocols bureau so that we can discuss how to prepare our teaching module for this project.

Preparations(3rd meeting) - 11/03/2020

Yeahhh so we had come to the third and my last meeting! This is the last meeting before the COVID-19 virus outbreak getting worse. So we started the meeting By us gathering into the respective bureaus. On this meeting, Kisyok ordered all bureaus to update their completed and ongoing tasks to the High Council and to other bureaus as well.
After all bureaus had discussed among themselves, we started the bureaus presentation with our bureau,the Programs and Protocols bureau. Aisyah and Batran, as the members of P&P bureau become our representatives to explain about what we had done since the last meeting. We had discussed through the whatsapp group to create our teaching modules for this project. The modules that we had created are Microsoft PowerPoint, CyberCrime, Microsoft Word, Scratch and an Explorace activity. These activities seem suitable especially the students are from primary school. Aisyah also present the tentative for our project.
We have already contact SK Bangsar and they agreed to held the programme in two days. The first day is on 27 March 2020 and the second day is on 11 April 2020. This seem reasonable because there are about 80++ students in Software Engineering department. So it is not reasonable for us to go to the school altogether which is too many people go to the school. Aisyah also told that we are currently have insufficient PICs(person in charges) for each modules. So we asked the to import some of the bureau to help the P&P bureau.

Then,after Aisyah had done with her presentation, we continued with the other bureaus to update their own tasks.After all the bureaus had done explaining their tasks and roles, the meeting is ended except the essential and important bureaus like the P&P bureau to continue discussing our teaching modules and also to welcome the new PICs from the other bureaus.
So,these are some pictures that had been taken by the media and technical bureau during the last meeting. Hence, you guys can finally see what we have done visually(maybe a little bit interesting than just words right?hehe).Soo,enjoyy!
